Beauty’s sustainability lawyer.

Maggie Spicer is an attorney and the founder of Source Beauty ESG.

Maggie frequently lectures on the intersection of sustainability and beauty, including at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York and the Presidio Graduate School in Los Angeles. As a member of the Positive Luxury Impact Network and THE BOARD, she frequently collaborates with experts in other luxury sectors to push the narrative of impact and beauty forward. 

She also sits on several advisory boards, including Women in International Trade and the Yeleen Beauty Makerspace, and is on the Board of Directors of the Independent Beauty Association.

Prior to launching Source Beauty, she was an associate at the global law firm White & Case, where she specialized in international trade and business & human rights. She then moved in-house at Amazon to serve as supply chain regulatory counsel.
